Ahay! Exciting news!
We have two new cams. I'm very grateful to the Chileans for providing it for us. I've been nigh upon depression without the closeups of these little feathering creatures. Now, we can follow them through the rest of their time here at the station. AND hope that next year, we get a nest cam from the beginning to the end.
All images are uploaded new every 15 minutes, so don't forget to refresh the page. I had to place the images this way, as self-loading shrinks the picture to "wallet" size. And we don't want that... nooooooo.
Again, many thanks to the Chileans for their placement of the cams and...
In the meantime, ENJOY the view!!!!!

Two of a Kind
Two baby Gentoo penguins cuddled under their momma for warmth.
I was compelled to post this extra picture today---you can figure out why. lol Hard to believe that all those scampering penguins at our site are the same cuddle bunnies that first hatched out. Although births are down, those that made the cut are seemingly doing just fine.
